Your Data, Your Control

At InvoiceDove, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international privacy standards, you can request the deletion of specific categories of your data at any time.

Use the form below to submit a data deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your identity before any data is removed.

All invoices, quotes, proformas, receipts, and past due notices you've created

All saved client contacts, companies, and associated information

Your business names, logos, addresses, and tax information

Cloud-Stored Files

PDF files stored on our servers (files in your personal Google Drive are not affected)

Expense Records

All recorded expenses and expense reports

Products & Services Catalogue

Your saved products, services, and pricing items

Delete Everything (Full Account)

Permanently delete all data above plus your account, subscription, and login credentials

How It Works

Important Information

Verification: After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation email. You must click the link in that email to verify your identity and confirm the request.
Grace Period: Once confirmed, there is a 24-hour grace period during which you can cancel by contacting support.
Processing: After the grace period, your selected data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Subscription Data: If you have an active paid subscription, we retain minimal billing records as required by Nigerian tax law. The subscription itself will be cancelled.
Google Drive Files: Files stored in your personal Google Drive account are under your control and are not affected by this process.
Timeline: Deletion is typically completed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
